Need help with date!

Hey everyone. Long story short, I'm in love with a girl that's moving to LA in two weeks. We're meeting in NYC (I live in North Jersey) next Sunday night and staying over. She's planning the day and I'm planning the night. We are both 22 and are looking for good places to go out. We'll be staying in Midtown at the Kimpton Hotel Eventi. I have to make this night unbelievable. What should I do/ where should we go? Thank you!
