Omicron stopped working

My omicron v4 stopped working on me today. The only thing it will do is blink 4 times.

There's no light when connected to the charger like there should be. The light doesn't blink red 3 times like when the battery is dead. Trying other atomizers makes no difference.

Has anyone experienced this before? The 4 blue blinks error code is not in the manual.
