Does this mean he's not interested?

I met a guy at work who I connected with. A couple of months ago, I gave him my number. We texted for a while, then finally went out a few weeks ago. The date was a little awkward at times, but it wasn't terrible. He said he had a good time with me.

I sent him a text saying "hopefully we can hang out again soon" two weeks ago and he never responded.

Should I text him, or should I just move on? It hurts, because I really like him.
