New windows 10 update puts no signal to monitor

Yesterday my monitor worked 100% fine and it always has. But at the end of the day I clicked update and shutdown, the next morning I find that my monitor is getting no signal. My monitor doeant even recognise the fact my pc is turned on.

Ive tried clearing cmos plugging and un plugging everything. Take my gpu put and in again.

Im just not too sure what to do help please.

Edit: forgot to mention it seems most of my usb related things arent getting connected except my mouse which alwaya powers on even if my pc is off.
