So I tried out a couple of Axes I don't see very often.

The Greataxe, Crescent Axe and Dragonslayer's Crescent Axe.

Greataxe is a Great Axe with a mean punch (obviously) but its no Drakekeeper's Great Axe. The Crescent Axe is rather heavy for a weapon with the regular Axe moveset and the sweetspot mechanic, but it makes up for it in reach and the sweet, sweet spin-to-win Halberds are famous for. And the Dragonslayer's Crescent Axe... Its an axe with lightning damage. Not very interesting but it does have 130 counter damage, though it doesn't really show off enough to compare to say the Bandit/Battle Axe. It is funny watching someone eat an R2 on a counter hit and take 500 damage though. (Not that I actually got enough interesting clips with the Dragonslayer's Axe before I ran out of Red Eyes. Farming those took fucking forever.)
