Dinas should have been the third Mesmer hero

I think Dinas should have been the "reward" for completing the War in Kryta.

• He has a unique appearance

• He is an established Mesmer

• He has been an established character since Prophecies

• Following the Battle for Lion's Arch he has a logical reason to join the player

It feels like a missed opportunity, and it's weird having the War in Kryta as the only Beyond release to not provide a new hero.
