Zhin Can't Counter BK's Bombs Sticking

This really shouldn't be in the game, it completely fucks the meaning of Zhin's Counter, which is to punish mindless attacks. If Zhin can't punish a BK's mindless and panicked throws, it makes Zhin less effective against that character for no reason whatsoever other than some cheap bug. So please fix this, hi-rez.

By the way, stuck bombs will do damage to Zhin.
