What's the best way to finish Good Suramaritan?

I've done everything else for the pathfinder (except broken isles diplomat obviously), but I don't know how to finish this one. Not only does the proceeding the questline gives ridiculously small amounts of rep, but apparently rep is REQUIRED to proceed the questline... I'm currently at 5000/12000 Honored, with: An Ancient Gift, Blood and Wine, The Waning Crescent and Emiment Grow-main completed. And it seems I'm stuck here. But the game can't possibly suck THAT much ass, so I'm clearly missing something here. What is the best way to grind rep, along with doing every WQ, and most importantly how long would it take? Thanks in advance!
