How do I change the angle of the projectile thats being used to fire?

Hi, im currently making a Wind Pac right now, the prop im using to fire the wind is a plate1x2. The problem is how do I get it upright instead of horizontal, cause I don't want it like that. is there a way to change its angle? Please respond ASAP cause im this close to dying, thanks.
