2009 Sonata and bluetooth

As above i have a 2009 Sonata with factory stereo.

Am/Fm/CD/MP3/Usb Aux

I do not have bluetooth and really want it. I do not feel comfortable replacing the factory radio.

If I bought a usb bluetooth receiver 4.0 and plugged it into the USB AUX jack, can I use my phone to stream thru the Bluetooth to the factory radio.
