Help with long mission loading times?

This may be reflective of the amount of mods I have installed but I have to sit through 3-4 minute mission load times give or take.

Trying out Long War 2 but with all the missions spammed at you and the load times it's getting unbearable.

What kind of mods would be the biggest offender of increasing mission load times? I've already downsized on a few map mods and voice packs etc.
