So off the top of my head, here is a list of the more memorable runs i've played.

Great Britain

Aragon

Castille

Austria

Prussia

Burgundy

Sweden

Byz

Ethiopia

Uzbek --> Yuan --> Mughals

Manchu

Japan (most recent game, just shitstomped ming)

Malaya

Granada (They have crazy good ideas if you get past the early game)

Poland

Everything in Italy.

So besides those, does anyone know any countries with particularly interesting idea sets or events? I'm kinda at a loss as to what kind of run to do now.
