How to deal with motion sickness in RAW Data?

I just played my first game in RAW Data and it was AMAZING!! As a VR veteran I had no issues what so ever with motion sickness despite it throwing me off-guard sometimes. But my friend on Discord played one game and had to sit down. It sounded like he might just well have puked a little lol.

He's on a GTX 970 which can explain it due to frame-drops. But is there something else you recommend him to do to coop with the motion sickness?
