Is there a way to fully randomize how random bandits look?

So i was fed up with the vanilla looking bandits and i installed the Beautiful Bandits mod. Now all bandits look like clones of the same 3 supermodels. But what i really want is a mod which randomizes things like hairstyles in a way that i can see all hairstyles i have on random bandits.

I am not sure if this is possible and just asking more experienced people how random character creation works at all in the game.
