Looking 27M for a private bedroom w/parking near UCLA (Westwood, Culver City, Santa Monica, etc.) budget $1300/month starting mid August

I'm a neuroscience PhD student at UCLA returning from an internship abroad and looking for a private room in any of the neighborhoods near UCLA. I'll be in LA starting Aug. 8 and hope to secure an apartment by Aug. 19. I have a car, so would also like parking. Budget is $1300/month. I'm a quiet, responsible person, working in a lab at UCLA where I'll be commuting to most days of the week. PM if interested.
