Focus/Fiesta Class Action Settlement

I just got a notice in the mail that 2011-2016 Fiestas are part of a class action settlement based on the powershift transmission issues. I had to have the Transmission Control Module in my 2016 Fiesta replaced right after purchasing the car, and after reading up on this some more, I'm pretty certain my car has hesitated to accelerate on a few occasions.

I see that there is a "repurchase through arbitration" option, cash payments up to $2325, or discount certificates up to $4650 toward a new car.

Can anyone sort of ELI5 for me what the options are and which one(s) I may be eligible for?
