What exactly is Anglo-Catholic?

I've always been a bit confused as to what the term "Anglo-Catholic" means, and while I feel like it may describe me because I am very high church, liturgical, and greatly focus on our connection to the Apostolic and Catholic Church through apostolic succession, I'm not entire sure what the term means. Thank you!
