Seeking input on the sub: Should we require OPs to set their flair when posting?

A lot of guys are setting their flair, but right now there's about a 50/50 split of it being set by the OP in posts.

From my perspective, having a ballpark age to go by gives me a whole lot of context for where the question is coming from and what's going to be relevant in the discussion. If a man older than me is asking about the job market, that's going to be a lot different than a guy in his 20s showing up for advice from guys who've been there before. I also go into some questions wondering if this is a 20-something testing what older guys think or if it's actually a peer posing the question.

While I don't think anyone should feel forced to reveal their age range, we do have two general flair that are just "under 30" and "over 30." For the sake of the theme of this sub, do you think requiring one of those to be set as a minimum when starting a new thread would be helpful?

In execution, I likely wouldn't just start deleting posts without it, but would likely send an auto-reply that encourages someone to add it after they post, and then put a sticky at the top of the page that tells people to choose their flair when posting. So, it would just become a very encouraged guideline instead of a hard and fast rule.

What do you guys think?
