Multiplayer times

Why in the hell is it such a frustrating task to do multiplayer? Seriously everyone is dropping out, or leaders leave, or groups can't go on, it takes so many games before you finally get a game that you can actually play to do your daily multiplayers.

Why is that? It's frustrating.
