Crimson Update 17.1.1 Removes Overclocking?

Under Gaming in Crimson 17.1.1, the OverDrive tab is missing. The tabs are now Global Graphics (no "Additional Settings" button as in a previous version) and Global WattMan. Have the overclocking settings been moved or removed?

Device is R9 390.
