Is this black mold?

Sorry for the back story before the actual home related question.....So this question is simple on the surface but incredibly important for me and my gf to figure out so we can take appropriate action. We've both been experiencing a rash recently with multiple doc visits that left them stumped when antibiotics did nothing and a round of scabies treatment did nothing even though they were unconvinced it was scabies since we've been trying to figure this out for a while.

Well the past week we both went to visit my brother in Colorado and BAM no itching, no new red marks, and older lesions completely disappeared. So I wouldn't say we've absolutely concluded that this is something environmental but at this point I think it's a pretty good bet.

I'm posting this here before a health related sub just so I can get some information on black mold and whether that is what this is.
