Parenting as an ACON

I am no perfect parent by any means. But my daughter is my BFF. She is not afraid of me. She does not hear me saY I wish she was never born, isn't slammed into a wall, and isn't screamed at for spilling a glass of water. I might be a little too permissive sometimes. But I did break the chain of abuse that has been in my family for years. And for that I am proud.
