C# Cinema age entry problem. Why is this variable unassigned?

This is a cinema entry age checker and I'm not sure why the movieAge variable near the bottom is unassigned. Are those if else loops not doing what I think they are doing? This is the first program I have written, so any general pointers about what I have done would also be appreciated.
