Shake me Down!

Location: Oregon

Goal Baseweight (BPW): around 15 lbs

Budget: $100

Non-negotiable Items: nothing

Solo or with another person?: One other person most of the time, may do some solo trips and some small group trips (2-4 people).

Additional Information: I know my tent should go, just don't have the money to make the change. I'm just looking for easy ways to cut unnecessary weight. From my trip this past weekend I found a few things I could cut out, which are no longer on my lighterpack list.
