How is EK CARS?

Less than a week out and I'm taking an EK Fl tomorrow (EK 1), is it worth doing their CARS sections? I'm still in the middle of the CARS qpacks and I don't want to lose my AAMC CARS groove answering crappy CARS questions if you know what I mean.
