Third relic slot quest

Hello all.

I'm working on getting my third relic slot for my weapon but I have ran into a brick wall. I don't have anymore class quests to do, I got 110 not too long ago and just finished getting all the Pillars of Creation and wanted to get my third relic slot before starting up all the Suramar quests and eventually the Broken Shore quests. I am a Survival Hunter if that helps at all.

Thanks!
