Something that's been bothering me (Similar sounding songs)

So, I've been watching a stream where a bot is trying to beat the speedrun record for Pokémon Red and they play background music as opposed to the actual game audio (because the game's sped up) and all of a sudden, a song comes on that I SWEAR reminds me of a Dragon Ball Z game opening theme but for the life of me, I can't find it.

This is the Pokémon theme. The part that sparks the memory of the opening is chorus specifically, the "IKU ZE!". There's something about the "Dun dun DUN!" that reminds me of another song, but I can't find it! I've gone through ALL Dragon Ball Z game openings and I just can't find it!

Can anyone help me with this because it's been driving me nuts...
