Journey to Sovngarde is trash?

Hi, I just started playing (currently on PC, can't wait to get it on mobile when it's out).

I opened the card mentioned in the title and read here that it is kinda bad.

Still, I really like the card and want to build a deck around it.

So... I suppose it works best in a kind of stall-deck with lots of draw, with Journey as a win condition.

Since I do not own many cards, how should I approach building a budget deck for the Journey?

Really appreciating any help, I want to play so much more!
