Please help me identify an amulet I bought outside the royal palace.

I spent some time in Thailand in 2014 and on a whim I purchased an amulet from a man selling trinkets outside the royal palace. I was wondering if any of you could help me identify the amulet and translate any of the text on the front and back of it. My best guess (from googling) is that it is an amulet for Luang Phor Koon, although I'm not sure. Thanks in advance for any help.
