I'm out!

I'm about to start the last seven hours of my service industry career. And I'm experiencing some mixed emotions about it. I've worked every position and tier of this industry from fast food to fine dining, as a cook, sous chef, expo, bartender, dishwasher (i will always be a cook at heart). There are a lot of things I'm gonna miss about this business (mostly the people). Soon I will begin my new life as a high school teacher. It's been a (mostly) great sixteen years. Thanks to all of you, this community has meant a lot to me. Once more unto the breach!
