All replying bots, like sneakpeak bots, should be mandatory opt-in

What it says on the tin. All bots that post comment replies, like sneakpeekbot, Youtube-bots etc should have a mandatory opt-in.

There are FAR, FAR too many of them around and we sometimes see e.g. three different Youtube-bots replying to the same user comment. It's become unacceptable. Please create a mandatory opt-in policy. If someone wants to sign up, let them enjoy the spam, but please don't let those bot creators spam every single user to death as they are currently doing.
