My boyfriend won't stop pestering me

I HATE being tickled. I don't at all, in any way, find it cute or flirtatious. It makes me so uncomfortable and sometimes it almost hurts. My boyfriend loves to tickle me because he finds it fun. I tell him all the time that I hate it and when he does it I bite, kick, and scratch him to get him away. He gets a kick out of this, and does it even more. And I can't lay there and pretend to be unphased because I actually cannot stand the sensation. I tell him when he does it and when he's not doing it that I HATE it but he will NOT stop.
