Is this an over reaction?

I've bee "out" for over a year now. But have never made a formal coming out post on social media and kinda just let it be an open secret. Last night I went out and got a decent buzz and decided to make a formal coming out poets. Now I'm mentally freaking out about how others are going to react to it. Am I going overboard?
