LPT: If something's made you angry or frustrated, try to control it and avoid becoming angry at everyone. Instead, and rather than bottling it up, let out your frustration in a less antisocial way by talking about the cause of it with those around you. Mutual understanding may help you feel better.
This is inspired by a comment thread in another post, where I realised that a lot of other people feel the same on this matter.
It's incredibly frustrating and often upsetting to find someone else's anger directed against you when you're not the cause of it, whether it's a stranger, friend, or family member. If something makes you angry, don't lose sight of what caused the anger and start blindly being snappy at everyone. Instead, if there are people around you, it's often better to talk to them about why you're frustrated. It's cathartic, especially if they share your frustration and you find a mutual stance on the matter.
Often you don't realise how your mood impacts other people, but it's not hard to ruin someone's day just by snapping at them for something beyond their control.
