Would it be cheaper to buy quiet fans or have my pc in a different room?

I was wondering about ways to make my computer quieter as I've been recording and streaming and notice my computer noise which is annoying, I try my best to drown it out with the game noise. Would it be cheaper to buy extending cables or quieter parts?
