Does anyone actually want Abigail?

I've personally never been a fan and there are plenty other characters I'd want in instead, but I fully respect him as a character, other than him being just a Hugo (Andore) clone... which I sincerely hope he won't be in SFV.

But question is... and I'm sorry if this has been asked before...
Does anyone actually want Abigail to be in SFV? Does he have any fans who are very passionate about his inclusion?
If so, I'm curious to know why that is and what you're expecting/wanting from him in SFV, if you have any at all.
