Missing cake qdisc

Received a TP Link Archer C7 that had OpenWRT 15.05 installed with luci and sqm. For some reason the cake queue discipline isn't available. tried opkg update && opkg install kmod-sched-cake

Unknown package 'kmod-sched-cake'.
Collected errors:
 * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package kmod-sched-cake.

Unsure how to proceed. Could this be fixed by adding the right line to OPKG-Configuration so it can find the cake package?
