[Discussion] Purchasing Items From Foreign Websites?

Would purchasing CS:GO skins from websites such as eBay and Taobao be an idiotic decision? These websites all have buyer protection so I'm assuming if you don't receive the item, your money will be refunded and the seller should be banned.

Here's an example of a Taobao listing that I may attempt to purchase:

5200 Yuan = 766 USD/307 keys

I've seen so many of these listings all across Taobao and a majority of the sellers have a lot of reputation O_o

Possible profit?
