Anybody else have off days?

Beautiful day outside, weather is perfect, no cars on the roads, start up the SV and head out to take some pictures. Start on my way and every shift is clunky and slow, every downshift rev matched wrong, back starts getting sore which makes me start weighting the bars, turns become worse and worse with me leaning on the bars. Ended up turning around and going home after 20 minutes. Ugh.
