[Acne] Does your eye dryness persist after the discontinuation of the Accutane course?

I'm considering starting a low dose Accutane course. Problem is that my eyes are already a little bit dry because of intensive usage of the computer, so I afraid that my condition may get worse after the course, I mean not temporally worse during the course but persistently even after it? So did you dryness went away completely or a little bit of dryness is still left even months after the course?

Please also mention your dose and the time that passed from the last Accutane course, thanks.
