Getting services to your lot in La Peche

Thinking of buying a lot in La Peche and thining about seasonally putting a trailer of mine on it. I know some municipalities have rules against this kind of stuff, but I was wondering if anyone knew what the situation was in La Peche?

Ideally, I'd like to have services at the site as well (i.e. hydro, water, an septic), but maybe I'm dreaming in technicolour.

I was thinking that, maybe, with the move towards small homes, some municipalities would have become more accepting.
