Exactly how capable is the Wraith Spire in terms of cooling, especially during overclocking scenarios?

Build currently with the Ryzen R5 1600, and I heard mostly good things about the stock cooler so I decided to skimp on buying a separate one. Was this a wise decision, or should I go buy a separate cooler?
