How do you deal with dysphoria, other than transition(For things that transition can't fix).

Transitioning helps, but it can't fix everything.

For example my brow ridge and my body hair. Because I started HRT pretty early these are the only two things I really need to worry about. Unfortunately this means 95% of my dysphoria is concentrated into these two areas - these two areas which cannot be changed on hrt.

My body hair is all over. It's thin and scattered but it's everywhere like a peach fuzz but everywhere.

My brow ridge is horrible. In fact it's so big, it makes my forehead more slanted than my nose. It's only visible from the side unless the lighting is directly overhead(which is nearly all of the time) or when viewed from the side.

It's pretty hard to take a picture of but here's a blurry one.

with a front face for comparison, where is is pretty much invisible(I'm told I pass but I still don't believe them)

And this devolved into a rant about my brow ridge. I guess it is the main source of my dysphoria. and something that, if fixed, will be in a long time.

It says I've been on HRT since march but until not too long ago my levels were wrong so my progess has been pretty slow(Hey, at least it is better than progressing in the other direction like before)

So back to the point: other than transitioning and hiding and ignoring it - what ways can you deal with dysphoria.

BTW I am aware ffs and electrolysis exist but it's going to be at least 2 years for the hair removal and probably a lot more to save for ffs.
