[Non-Reboot] Which potential to choose?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering which of these two potentials to choose from. I realize both are not ideal but it's my last black cube so please bare with me. With the top, I have 218% bossing. I have yet to put a 25% bossing nebulite on my secondary, so I could get some bossing from there as well to compensate loss.
