Best ARMS for Max Brass? Strategies?

So, I REALLY like Max Brass. I just really enjoy him as a character and a fighter. I like his abilities and everything.

I would absolutely love to main him.

I problem is that I suck, haha.

Before Max came out, I was a Cobra main, so this character is like a polar opposite to me, and I just cant figure out how to do good with him.

So, what im asking of you, How do you play Max Brass? What is a playstyle I should adopt? Do you always try to stay buffed up? Jump? Dash? Get in close? Stay back?

Also, what are the best arms to use for Max Brass? What fit his playstyle?
