I love all the little, old ladies.

They'll take a sip and say, "Mm MM! She make that tea goo-OOD!" Or say, "Oh, yes. You made my cappuccino yesterday and it was so good. The foam was so nice on top and stayed there forever. This one is going to be good, too. I can tell." They make me so happy.

And there's one who trembles in place if she thinks she's accidentally causing a problem and I want to fall over doing whatever I can to make her feel better.
