DAE have a problem with their gun firing without you left-clicking?

At least 5 times per game, I'll be running or looting stuff in buildings, and my weapon will just fire automatically. It gives away my position too often. I've had to holster my weapon constantly while sneaking up or ambushing people. Anybody else having this problem?
