Starting out YouTube, and Needs a Few Pointers

Hi guys, I am just starting up on YouTube, and it seems really difficult to not only find viewers, but keep them.. See I got like 150+ views on my first video, but my viewership seems to be dropping to the lower 40's :/ Any tips on finding other viewers? I know keywords and all that... but with less than 100k views, no one is ever going to see my videos right?
