Pain when I stop masturbating shortly before ejaculation

Hello,

Sometime if I stop masturbating shortly before release I feel strong pain in two points inside the pelvis, just above my penis. Today I also got a lot of pain on my testicle every time I touch or move them. Usually it goes away after a few painful hours. Is this normal? Is there a name for this? Is there a way to make the pain dissipate faster?
