Which MMORPGs have "Shut down"?

Hey.

I sometimes hear people say stuff like "This MMO Is dead, it will shut down soon" But i've never actully seen any MMORPG shut down, every MMORPG that i've ever played or known about is still up and running.

So i'm wondering if you all could tell me if there actully is any MMORPGs that have "Shut down"
